Camp Requirements:

Limited to Juniors & Seniors ONLY, as of fall of 2011. No exceptions!

All Camp attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

All Camp attendees are responsible for their own travel, and lodging expenses.

All Camp attendees are responsible for transportation to and from their hotel to the training site.

What to Expect:

Expect to work. Quarterbacks will spend the majority of their time on the field in throwing and drill rotation with the other attendees. Quarterbacks are grouped according to their skill, age and experience. Don’t be intimidated if you’re new to the position, but be prepared. In addition to studying our 3 Lesson DVD, Camp Quarterback Live get out there and throw the ball! The more endurance and arm stamina you’ve built up before attending, the more you’ll be able to participate.

Each day will also include classroom instructions. A smart quarterback can think his way out of the unexpected. A well rounded quarterback must know the game better than any other player. We’ll give you the tools to out-wit your opponents and get you thinking like a champion.

What the Chaperon Can Expect:

Parents are curious what their role will be during our 3 day camp. Chaperons are obligated to supervise their camper during non-scheduled camp activities and provide transportation to and from the site each day. Chaperons will be responsible for their campers each evening as well. Many parents enjoy video taping the sessions, observing field time, attending the lectures and learning as much about the position as their young quarterback. We encourage family support. Most days the field is lined with lawn chairs and video cameras.

Our training site is located just minutes away from the beach, incredible shopping, restaurants, Anaheim Stadium, Disneyland and many other exciting spots.

What to Bring:

Football cleats

Notebook, pens and paper

Work-out attire

Towel, water and energy bars

LOCAL ATTENDEES ARE ENCOURAGED TO BRING 3 OR 4 RECEIVERS*

*Each local Quarterback is asked to bring 3 or 4 young men to catch balls for them to each session. There is no cost to the receivers. Receivers don’t have to be “actual” receivers. Quarterbacks who do not bring kids to snag balls limit the effectiveness of their session. Quarterbacks who have the leadership and organization to bring actual teammates to whom they will be throwing to in the coming year will have the greatest advantage when football season starts. Although there is no cost to the receivers, they too receive valuable coaching. You are welcome to bring more than 4 receivers as it gives each camper more opportunity to throw! We will provide receivers for out-of-state campers.

Each year literally dozens of recruiters speak to the Johnson’s about their quarterback prospects. Make a good impression. Come physically prepared. Be a leader!
